Welcome to 2 Hot Yoga! We offer hot yoga classes at our Highland Park studio, focusing on
strength, flexibility and balance with a holistic approach of nurturing the mind and spirit.
We are the ORIGINAL hot studio on the North Shore providing the best therapeutic heat and cold lavender towels at the end of every class!

We are happy summer is here and excited to bring you our revised schedule! Please note we have 3 new 45-min classes 11:15-12:30 Mon-Wed and our Tue/Thur 45-min. classes will now start at 4:45pm! If you're a camp counselor - come on over and do something for yourself after a long day with kids!!! Do you have students with early morning work-outs? Drop them off and come to 6am yoga Mon-Thur!! And of course, we still have evening classes Mon, Tue and Thurs plus all of our regular weekend classes!

8:00-9:15am 2Hot 360 Warm with Lauri
We all like to tone, stretch and sweat, but deciding what to do each day to get it all in is challenging. We have the answer: 2Hot 360! This class is a hybrid of yoga and your favorite toning classes in a heated room to get your heart rate pumping and get your sweat on. Weights, bands and traditional yoga poses therapeutically designed to tone and stretch every joint in your body in a safe way. The more you attend this challenging and effective set-sequence class, the more results you'll see! Sculpt your way towards a stronger body and more refined yoga practice all while giving your wrists and shoulders a much-needed break. (while we minimize weight on the upper body, we do incorporate planks but no vinyasas). 40 minutes of yoga, 20 minutes of toning with weights and bands followed by 15 minutes of relaxing stretches
