We are the ORIGINAL hot studio on the North Shore providing the best therapeutic heat and cold lavender towels at the end of every class!



2Hot 360 is Finally Here!

Starting Monday, May 2nd 9:30-10:45am Pam Udell will be teaching the first 2Hot 360 class on our schedule! Class size is limited each week to 17 students so please sign up in advance on line at 2hotyoga.com or in person at the studio. More classes coming later in May!

We all like to tone, stretch and sweat, but deciding what to do each day to get it all in is
challenging. We have the answer: 2Hot 360! This class is a hybrid of yoga and your
favorite toning classes in a heated room to get your heart rate pumping and get your sweat
on. Weights, bands and traditional yoga poses therapeutically designed to tone and stretch
every joint in your body in a safe way. The more you attend this challenging and effective
set-sequence class, the more results you'll see! Sculpt your way towards a stronger body
and more refined yoga practice all while giving your wrists and shoulders a much-needed
break. (while we minimize weight on the upper body, we do incorporate planks but no
vinyasas).

2Hot Welcomes Stephanie Drozd

We are so excited to announce Stephanie Drozd is joining 2hot yoga!

A bit about Stephanie:  Stephanie started practicing yoga in 2010 when she was in college at the University of Vermont. One day, she wandered into a yoga class and the physicality of the practice flung her out of her mental distresses and into her body, where she started to process all of the craziness of college: new people, new responsibilities, and new situations. She felt so inspired by her personal practice that she decided to become a Registered Yoga Teacher at Pavones Yoga Center in Costa Rica. Yoga continually supports her values of compassion, acceptance, and connection, and helps her embrace the present moment daily. Her yoga also supports the physical nature of her day-job, gardening as a forewoman with The Organic Gardener Ltd., a gardening company that designs and maintains organic gardens for private and public clients in the Chicagoland area. In her off time, Stephanie is almost always training for a marathon (she’s run two so far) and hitting the studio for lots of hip and IT band stretching after long runs! Stephanie is beyond excited to teach at 2Hot and hopes her empowering yoga sequences will assist practitioners with full body wellness, self-awareness, and mental clarity. She is currently participating in an on-going apprenticeship with Om on the Range in the city where she is specializing in hands-on assists we know you'll enjoy!
