This class is designed for the regular practitioner of Vinyasa Flow (at least 6 mo. experience) and incorporates all of the fundamentals of a Vinyasa class with added instruction and cueing for more challenging poses. Students will move through a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses incorporating standing poses, balancing poses, and seated poses. This hybrid-style class will also incorporate lots of strengthening moves for the entire back chain, particularly the glutes and stabilization of the pelvis. Expect lots of movement: hopping, squatting, lunging and dynamic stretching. Students will also incorporate breath work, control and find an increase in focus and stamina to create a balanced body and mind. Students can expect a 5 minute meditation at the end of class before Savasana. Classes are heated between 85-88 degrees.
