Stacey began practicing yoga in 1998- studying many different types;:Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar. She appreciates the beautiful balance between strength and flexibility that yoga offers. Stacey teaches with passion and encourages students to find what they need each time they step onto their mat. Stacey, a lifelong ballet student and performer, found the benefits of yoga to be much greater than just flexibility. Her classes are challenging but also grounding and peaceful. She hopes students feel lighter and stronger after her class and also hopes they leave happy, with a sense of accomplishment. Stacey received her 200 hour teaching certificate through Yogaview in 2007.
