Amy Levy’s yoga class is a magical and passionate journey filled with song, spirit and sweat. Amy provides the perfect vehicle for each student to take their own path and reach their own potential. Amy’s classes combine just the right amount of laughter, lessons and encouragement for every yogi to enhance and embrace their practice. Amy came to the mat in 2001 after years in the gym, on the running path and in the pool. Amy believes that you never know what you can do until you let go, open your mind and give it a try.
Amy is a 200 hour RYT, and has trained with master teachers from Los Angeles to New York City.
Jessica's classes concentrate on linking the movement of the physical practice with the energy of the breath. She believes students benefit the most when the right balance between challenge/intensity and relaxation/release is achieved and supported by great music to set the tone accordingly. Her goal is to give students an experience where they can be transported from the craziness of their daily lives into a grounded, calm space that allows them to deeply focus on their body and breath for the duration of the class. In keeping concentrated awareness of body alignment and breath control, her hope is for students to become more present and in tune with themselves, ultimately cultivating a lasting state of mindfulness and peace.
