This one hour creative and vigorous class combines Sun Salutations, standing poses, basic arm balances and inversions, while focusing on the continuous flow of breath. There is no set sequence, allowing room for truly exploring the nuances of the Vinyasa practice with options for many variations and modifications to some advanced postures. Students will gain strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will be best if you are already physically active, comfortable with basic yoga poses, can smile & laugh and appreciate a healthy sweat! This class is heated between 85-88 degrees.
