Zoe Nitsun has been teaching many different styles of yoga for over 16 years. She attributes much of her joyfulness to helping others. Whether its finding the right yoga modifications for someone's physical practice,sharing her own journey, or creating a peaceful and welcoming space to all thoes who practice with her.

Longer holds combined with flowing through sequences designed to offer all levels a great one-hour vinyasa experience. For those wanting less flow - this class is great for you to modify on your own and/or listen for instructor cues on how to reduce time on your wrists and shoulders/less flow.
