After Stephanie completed her yoga sculpt teacher training she began discovering how her students could strengthen their traditional yoga class while incorporating weights and high-intensity muscle burn. Stephanie believes it’s important to first connect your mind, body and spirit in your practice so you can tap into your power, your greatness and your strength within. That’s why she begins her yoga sculpt class with a meditative state and gentle flow and ends with stretches and savasana to promote recovery after an intense yoga workout. Her energetic spirit and upbeat personality gives her students the motivation and inspiration to advance through each pose, rep and high-intensity move. Her cues and hands on assists through class promotes safety and proper alignment to prevent injuries. She loves connecting with her students throughout class by giving awesome motivational cues and playing fun and upbeat music. Stephanie’s own practice incorporates all different types of yoga. She meditates and does gentle yoga every morning before beginning her day. She is currently writing a mediation book and helps people in her community who struggle with addiction, mental illness and trauma. She aspires to make the world a better place through love, yoga, service, community and connection.
