2HOT is co-owned by Desiree Rijos (left) and Randy Rodin (right), and is based on a mutual love of yoga,Pilates and total fitness, and the great benefits they provide the body, the mind and the soul.

Both Desiree and Randy have been avid  participants in the fitness arena for years.

They decided to join forces to bring to Highland Park its most comprehensive fitness experience. Randy and Desiree have both been inspired by hot yoga for some time, and believe deeply in its many advantages for total well being.

Both Randy and Desiree are certified Pilates Instructors/Trainers by the Pilates Method Alliance.
