2HOT Yoga has many classes that are appropriate and accessible for our new and aspiring yogis. If you have never taken a yoga class before, or you’re just not used to the heat, any of our WARM classes (warm basics, warm slow flow) are for you! In addition, our 2Hot Yoga classes allow you to become acclimated to the heat while offering longer holds and minimal Vinysasa-style sequencing. We highly recommend anyone newer to yoga at 2Hot take three or more either warm or 2Hot-style classes before trying out Vinyasa Flow classes.
